JI Case Lofts offers both complimentary surface parking and paid heated underground garage parking for residents. All resident vehicles must be registered with Management. Underground Heated Garage Parking: Heated underground garage parking is available to residents for an additional monthly fee and is subject to availability. Garage parking spaces are assigned, and residents may only park in their designated space. All vehicles using the underground garage must be registered with Management. Underground parking is contracted for the term of your lease agreement. To request garage parking, please contact Management through the resident portal. Free Surface Parking: Complimentary resident parking is available in the surface lot directly behind JI Case Lofts on a first-come, first-served basis. Surface parking spaces are not assigned or guaranteed. All vehicles using the surface lot must be registered with Management and legally parked within a designated parking space. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Visitor Parking: Visitor parking is available at metered parking spaces in front of JI Case Lofts and along Pere Marquette. Visitors may not park in resident-designated parking areas unless specifically authorized by Management.

Pet Policy

JI Case Lofts is a pet-friendly community; however, all pets must be approved by Management before entering or residing on the premises. Your lease agreement and/or Pet Addendum will clearly state whether you have been granted permission to have a pet, including the type of pet and applicable monthly pet fee. If your lease does not reflect Management’s approval of the pet, you do not have permission to have that pet on the premises. This policy applies to all pets, including pets owned by residents as well as pets that are visiting the property. If an unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, the terms of your lease regarding unauthorized pets will be enforced. If you wish to obtain a pet during your residency, you must contact Management and receive written approval before bringing the pet onto the property. If approved, you will be required to complete the appropriate Pet Addendum and pay all applicable pet fees prior to the pet entering the building. JI Case Lofts reserves the right to approve or deny a pet based on factors including, but not limited to, the type of pet, size, temperament, breed, unit type, and overall building capacity. Pet Types: Cats and dogs may be accepted depending on the unit type and Management approval.
